Application Process for Rental Properties

Thank you for your interest in our rental property! To ensure a smooth application process, please carefully review the following steps and requirements:

  • Submit Your Application
    Each adult over the age of 18 who will be residing in the home must submit an individual application. The application fee is $50 per adult. This fee covers the cost of processing and conducting background checks.
  • Required Background and Credit Check
    Once your application and fee are received, we will complete a thorough background and credit check. This includes:
    • Credit Check: A minimum credit score of 600 is required for approval.
    • Background Check: We will check for any past criminal history.
    • Eviction History: We do not accept applicants with any prior evictions on their rental history.
    • Rental History: We will verify your rental history to ensure positive references from previous landlords.
  • Approval Criteria

                          Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 600 is required for approval.

                          Evictions: Applicants with any prior evictions will not be considered.

                          Rental History: Positive rental history is essential for approval.

  • Final Steps
    Once all checks are complete, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, we will move forward with lease signing and property arrangements.
